JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals. The role involves generating and nurturing leads through digital and offline channels, conducting market and competitor analysis, building strategic partnerships, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams. The candidate will also be responsible for visiting industrial premises and meeting potential customers to drive business growth.
KEY SKILLS:
- Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing roadmaps aligned with revenue targets, market dynamics, and product lifecycle stages.
- Build automated workflows for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and handoff to ensure pipeline visibility and marketing–sales alignment.
- Design and execute multi-channel lead acquisition programs across digital (SEO/SEM, social, programmatic), partner referrals, broker networks, and offline channels.
- Mentor and align cross-functional teams (digital, content, design, analytics) to deliver measurable growth outcomes
- Visit to Industrial Premises with potential customer.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and customer insight studies to refine value propositions and messaging.
